Everlume Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and radiant in every Everlume piece. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit for returns made within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving order.
Final sale, custom pieces, and wholesale orders are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return:
Email us at sales@shopeverlume.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is received
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
